The 2017 Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon expresses fruit characters of ripe cherries, plums and berries, layered with nuances of earth, tobacco, black tea and French oak. The wine's complexity couples beautifully with its full body and long finish.
 
Though tasty upon release, the 2017 Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon will significantly improve with a few more years of bottle aging, and will remain in good drinking condition for 10-15 years or more. Pair the wine with full-flavored foods, such as a rotisserie-roasted boneless leg of lamb stuffed with shitake mushrooms, fresh herbs, paper-thin slices of smoked goose breast, and a bit of Dijon mustard.
