The aromatic 2020 Yarden Mount Hermon Red puts an emphasis on fresh red fruits, such as raspberries and cherries, but includes hints of fresh herbs and black pepper. The flavorful medium body has firm structure with a satisfying finish. Though immediately pleasurable, one can readily enjoy Mount Hermon Red over three years from the harvest. We like Mount Hermon Red whenever we suddenly yearn for a glass of red wine and enjoy drinking it with a wide variety of foods, such as tapas, pastas and grilled meats.
